From the Letters of the Princess Palatine to the Electress of Hanover
On this day, Madame Palatine writes from Saint-Cloud to her aunt in Hanover. She reports that Louis XIV and Madame de Maintenon wish to marry Mademoiselle de Blois to Madame’s son and the Duc du Maine to her daughter.
